Return Policy
We are certain your pet will be helped by our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Healthy Dogma purchase, you may return all unopened products to us for a refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for this refund policy. All products returned must be unopened and unused. Upon receipt and processing of your return, the credit card account number provided at the time of your purchase will be credited. It generally takes 5 to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping fees.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us if your shipping destination is in AK, HI or outside of US.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship most orders on the same day that we receive them, however the shipping arrival date we give you is an estimate given to us by the shipping provider you have selected. Should your package seem to be unreasonably delayed, please refer to the tracking number we emailed to you when your order was shipped, and direct your inquiries to the appropriate shipping company.
NOTE: All orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day.
